Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu
Was founded in January 1990 by Soke Kevin Pell in Borehamwood. Classes are held at Three Ways Community Centre offering realistic hands-on self-defence training for all ages. Individual classes are available for infants, juniors, teenagers and adults.
