What is a Healthy Hub?

A Healthy Hub is a one stop shop providing information, advice, and support to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.

The hubs will provide FREE lifestyle support for individuals and their families covering mental health, physical activity, weight management, smoking cessation, health MOTs and nutritional advice.

Services include: Exercise on referral, weight loss advice, health MOT, nutritional advice, public health services, fitness classes, mental health outreach, community support service, group activities.

Opening times:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9am to-6pm
Thursdays 9am to 7pm
Saturday 9am to 4pm

Monday to Friday 9:45-4.45pm
Saturday 10am to-1:45pm

Monday to Friday 6:30-10.30pm
Saturday 7.00am – 7:00pm
Sunday 8.00am – 8.00pm

The Community Hub, 5 Leeming Road, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 4EB

Services include: Healthy lifestyle advice, counselling and support groups, housing, benefits and financial support, employment, education and mental health support.

Opening times:

Mondays to Thursdays 9am to 3:45pm
Fridays 9am to 1pm
Bookable appointments: Wednesdays and Thursdays
