InspireAll’s objectives, as included in its memorandum of association are:
- To provide or assist in the provision of facilities and services primarily for the benefit of the community and visitors to the South East of England and the Midlands for recreation or other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare, such facilities being provided to the public at large save that special facilities may be provided for persons who by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability may have need of special facilities.
- To promote, maintain, improve and advance education primarily for the benefit of the community and visitors to the South East of England and the Midlands for the benefit of the public, particularly dramatic education and to foster the public interest in arts.

It holds a number of related awards and has increased its customer base since inception whilst improving its financial efficiency. It constantly achieves excellent customer satisfaction ratings and the services it provides are highly regarded and valued by residents of, and visitors to, the areas in which it works. InspireAll not only deals with the operational aspects of running facilities on behalf of Councils it is also involved in work related to Best Value Reviews, Comprehensive Performance Assessments, Local Area Agreements, Charter Mark, District Children’s Partnerships etc.
